I accept Returns and Exchanges on all goods, except Sale items, within 14 days of the order being received by the Buyer. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom Orders
I can not accept cancellations of Custom orders once I have started working on the commission, although I will happily amend an order before shipping has occurred. Buyer should contact me immediately if a change to the order is required before the item(s) are shipped.
Custom orders that require me to purchase specific gemstones or pearls will require a 50% Deposit.
